Indian particleboard capacity expected to rise in 2020
Due to a perceived increase in availability of raw wood materials from local sawmills, the Indian state of Gujarat is expected to build more particleboard plants this year. Gujarat is a pioneer in particleboard manufacturing and holds major market share in the country. There are currently more than two dozen lines producing particleboard at a production capacity of more than 3500 cubic metres per day in the region.
