Woodworking machinery supplier Biesse faces downturn, staff uneasy as orders slump

Employees at Biesse’s headquarters in Pesaro—alongside thousands involved in its broad supplier network—are facing mounting uncertainty as the woodworking machinery manufacturer navigates a difficult period marked by declining orders and a leadership shake-up. Following a peak year in 2022 with revenues exceeding €820 million, Biesse has experienced a significant downturn.
