US lumber prices pushed higher in June though at a lower pace than in May
The framing lumber market in the US was slow during last week, as to shake off a little bit of discomfort from the long weekend in the U.S. Prices continued to post gains, but at a more gradual rate compared to earlier weeks in May. Resistance to record prices, credit limits, and fear of downside risk were among many reasons cited for holding back to reassess prospects going into June.
