Unilin Group announces the anticipated acquisition of Panneaux de Corrèze. Panneaux de Corrèze produces approximately 150,000 m3 of raw MDF panels. Its production plant is located in Corrèze, France, and has 110 employees. The acquisition will be completed by early November.  The panel division of Unilin Group, Unilin Panels, is a European market leader.
