Timber shortages are over in the UK
It is ‘highly likely’ there is now enough timber in the UK now, and even if there are minor supply issues these are maybe due to the truck driver shortage. More than seven million cubic metres of timber and panel products were imported into the UK between January and July 2021, according to the latest Timber Trade Federation (TTF) market statement.
