In December 2019, pine logs in Lithuania were priced at € 57/ m3 (-3.4% compared to the previous month, -18.6% compared to the previous year), spruce logs at € 64 / m3 (-4.5% and -14.7%) and birch logs at 65 €/m3 (+/- 0% or -27.0%).  Both the prices for softwood and birch pulpwood fell rapidly within a year.
