Segezha Group has started in December the production of wood pellets at the company’s Lesosibirsky LDK No. 1 factory in Russia.  According to the announcement, the investments into the pellet production facility amounted to RUB 816.6 million (around USD 11.4 million). The capacity of the new enterprise is 70,000 tons of finished products, which will be exported.
