Segezha Group to acquire Finnish sawmill in Karelia
The Segezha Group has acquired Karelian Wood Company, a sawmill owned by Pin Arctic Oy in Kostomuksha in the Republic of Karelia. The annual production capacity of the sawmill is 250,000 cubic meters of sawnwood. Annual allowable cut in the leased forests is 200,000 cubic meters. The acquisition will increase the efficiency of wood procurement at the Karelian plants of Segezha Group.
