Sawmills in France at risk because of higher oak logs demand from China

China's increased demand for wood has made the oak logs exports from France to boom. Moreover, the larger demand has also made the prices soar.  Commercial timber harvests have been banned in Beijing and the Chinese millennials have developed a taste for high-quality wooden floors and furniture from Europe.
