Norbord to invest a further EUR 40 million in its Inverness panel plant
Wood-based panel manufacturer Norbord is investing around EUR 40 million into the second phase of development of its Inverness factory (in the photo above) in Scotland – taking overall investment in the past two years to EUR 169 million. Almost a year after a EUR 128 million expansion programme to significantly increase capacity, the company will now invest a further EUR 40 million in a second wood room, heat plant and a dryer at the Morayhill mill.
