The mood in the German wood industry deteriorated further in February. Companies were less satisfied with the current business situation than in the previous month and were more pessimistic about the coming half-year. The assessment of the current situation fell significantly in February to -29.8 points (previous month: -21.6 points). The outlook for the next six months deteriorated slightly. The current value is -43.2 points (previous month: -40.9 points).
