The wood-based panel producer Kronospan wants to massively expand its location in Steinheim-Sandebeck, Germany. Kronospan plans investments totaling 100 million euros this year and in 2022. Among other things, a new coating plant is to be built. The company sees the investment as a clear commitment to Steinheim-Sandebeck.  In a time of economic uncertainty, they want to consciously invest countercyclically.
