Keitele Timber to boost annual production at its sawmill by 50%
Keitele Timber Oy plans to implement an investment program of more than 40 million euros, which will increase the annual production capacity of the Keitele sawmill by almost 50 percent to 600,000 cubic meters. The use of logs in Keitele increases to almost 1.3 million cubic meters per year. The majority of the increasing wood use is spruce logs, which are procured from neighboring counties in addition to North Savo.
