India’s Century Plyboards plans to expand plywood production capacity by 30%
Indian wood products maker Century Plyboards plans to expand its plywood production capacity by around 30 percent over the next 12-15 months, with a capital expenditure of around Rs 140 crore (approximately EUR 15.7 million). The planned expansion will include both greenfield and brownfield projects. The Kolkata-based company is also setting up a new facility with an investment of around Rs 100 crore (approximately EUR 11.2 million).
