Growth in Russian timber exports as market conditions shift
Russia's forest product exports grew by 14.4% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2025, reaching a total value of $2.6 billion, up from $2.2 billion in the same period last year, according to data released by the Federal Customs Service (FCS) and cited by the League of Waste Paper Processors.
