German Ziegler Group to build a sawmill in Slovakia
The Bavarian wood processor Ziegler Group wants to build a sawmill and a wood processing plant in the southern Slovak city of Rimavská Sobota. This was announced by Minister of Economic Affairs Richard Sulík (SaS) on Wednesday (August 4th). Ziegler wants to process one million cubic meters of wood per year and is not worried about the supply of raw materials despite the current shortage of wood.
