German pellet prices higher by 80% yoy

The war-related effects on energy policy can also be felt on the pellet market, where there is still no sign of any relaxation in price developments in May.  According to the price survey by the German Pellet Institute (DEPI), a very high international demand combined with sharply increased production and logistics costs results in a nationwide average price of €393.25/t.
