Strong arguments to reform – or even overhaul – the EU’s LULUCF regulation have been put forward by Ulf Larsson, CEO of Sweden’s forest industry giant SCA, amid growing concerns that European forests cannot meet the expectations laid out in current climate policy frameworks.
