There is still delay of exporting European logs and lumber due to difficulty of loading and unloading at ports in the world.  There are no limitations of production and no delays in transfer from plants to the ports in Europe, but there is a delay at ports which further stagnate container handlings.  There are currently not enough containers and it seems that this situation will continue for a while because the Chinese New Year and Beijing Winter Olympics were held in February whic further stagnated the transshipment of containers.
