Brazilian wood-based products’ exports value has increased in September
In September 2018 Brazilian exports of wood-based products (except pulp and paper) increased 8.4% in value compared to September 2017, from US$248.3 million to US$269.1 million. The value of pine sawnwood exports increased 20% between September 2017 (US$41.9 million) and September 2018 (US$50.4 million) and the volume of exports increased 17% over the same period (202,500 cu.m to 237,700 cu.m).
