Brazil becomes the main particleboards supplier to the United States
In 2019 the United States became the main export market for Brazilian particleboard /MDP (PB/MDP). The US, with particleboard purchases of USD 17.03 million surpassed Peru in 2019 at the top position. The United States also recorded the highest growth among external markets with an increase of 137.8 percent compared to the USD 7.1 million figure of Brazilian PB/MDP imports reached 2018.
