Bjelin Group has acquired 100% of the shares in the industrial division of the Swedish Välinge Group (Viken / Sweden). The division manufactures and sells floor coverings based on Välinge Innovation's 'Woodura' technology. Bjelin Group is fully owned by Pervanovo Invest AB, the majority owner of Välinge Group. Välinge's industrial division includes production sites in Sweden and Croatia, flooring sales companies in North America, the UK and France, and the Croatian furniture manufacturer Spinvalis.
