Arauco reports lower sales and prices of wood-based panels, especially MDF
Arauco, one of the largest global wooden panel manufacturers, reported sales revenues of USD 1,594.0 million in the 4Q-2022, a decrease of 8.5% when compared to the 4Q-2021 . This variation is mostly explained by lower revenues in the wood products division. Sales revenues for the year reached USD 7,102.1 million, an increase 11.8% compared to 2021 USD 6,349.8 million.
