Estonian spruce log prices rise, pine logs decline in quiet summer market

As of July 1, 2025, Estonia's timber market reflects a typical midsummer slowdown, with sawmills either closed for holidays or yet to begin preparations for the autumn season. Still, recent price data points to subtle shifts in market dynamics — particularly for pine and spruce logs. Spruce logs are currently the highest-priced assortment on the market, reaching €101/m³ for large-diameter grades.
