EU farmers and forestry stakeholders call for EUDR simplification
A broad coalition of EU member states and stakeholders from the farming and forestry sectors is urging the European Commission to revise and simplify the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), citing disproportionate administrative burdens and legal uncertainties, especially in countries with negligible deforestation risk.
