Saint-Gobain Group sells timber construction company Brüggemann from Neuenkirchen
The Saint-Gobain Group has signed an agreement with the German Köster Group for the sale of Saint-Gobain Brüggemann Holzbau GmbH, a company specialized in the production and assembly of prefabricated timber construction elements for residential and non-residential buildings. Brüggemann operates a production facility in Neuenkirchen near Münster (North Rhine-Westphalia), employs around 190 people, and generated a turnover of €56 million in the 2024 fiscal year.
