Lumber climbs from 2024 lows but rally may pause until 2026

CME physical lumber futures bottomed out at $455.50 in July 2024 before staging a steady recovery. Prices climbed to a peak of $699 in March 2025, supported by stronger construction activity and expectations of tighter supply.
