Stora Enso divests Swedish forest land in €900 million deal
Stora Enso has reached an agreement to sell 175,000 hectares of forest land in Sweden, representing 12.4% of its total Swedish holdings, for an enterprise value of €900 million. The move forms part of a broader strategy to strengthen the company’s financial position while maintaining access to strategic resources.
