Brazilian timber exports rebound, but prices remain under pressure
After a weak start to 2025, Brazil’s timber exports showed signs of stabilisation in March. Total foreign sales of wood products excluding pulp and paper reached US$339.1 million, an increase of 17.9% year-on-year, according to Ibá (Indústria Brasileira de Árvores).
