Chinese plywood: EU imposes provisional anti-dumping duties of up to 62.4%
The European Commission announced on 12 May 2025 the introduction of provisional anti-dumping duties on imports of hardwood plywood from China . This decision is part of the anti - dumping investigation initiated in 2024 , aimed at assessing the existence of dumping detrimental to the European market . The provisional duties will come into effect from 9 June 2025 , the date from which they will actually begin to be collected .
