The XXXLutz Group has finalized the takeover of the Polish furniture manufacturer and retailer BRW Group. Polish customers will soon be able to benefit from a larger selection, faster availability and better prices, while the diverse synergies will make it easier for both partners to master the balance between stationary retail and online retail. The XXXLutz Group acquired a 50% stake in the BRW Group back in July 2022.
