UPM: “Demand for wood to be strong in 2025”
Janne Kiiliäinen, head of private timber sales at UPM, says the company is currently actively purchasing all types of timber stands. He expressed optimism about the possibility of a good frost period for timber harvesting this winter, despite challenging conditions in southern Finland that have left some winter timber stands unharvested.
