Blumer Lehmann acquires timber construction division of Hächler Holzbau
Blumer Lehmann, a timber construction company based in the St. Gallen Lake Area, has announced the acquisition of Hächler Holzbau. Starting on April 1, 2025, Hächler customers will be served from the company’s headquarters in Gossau. All orders will be processed in the current workshops, which will remain at the Neuenhof location. The acquisition aims to combine the “first-class timber construction expertise” of both companies into a diverse range of sustainable timber solutions.
