Södra announces plans to sell Baltic forest holdings

Södra has announced plans to divest its forest holdings in the Baltic countries. The company currently owns approximately 153,000 hectares (378,000 acres) of land in Estonia and Latvia, with the majority located in Latvia. In line with its mission to refine its members’ forests and raw materials to create value for forest estates, Södra has decided to initiate the process of selling its forest holdings and associated operations in these countries.
