On October 3, 2024, the EU Commission proposed postponing the application of the EUDR by one year. Subject to approval by the Council and the EU Parliament, this would mean that the application of the EUDR for affected companies would be postponed to December 30 , 2025. Micro and small enterprises would have to implement the obligations by June 30, 2026.
