Metsä Group completes sale of Russian assets
The Vologda Timber Industry group of companies has confirmed the acquisition of a 100% share of the Russian assets of the Finnish Metsä Group. The government commission and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia approved the deal. The rental base, logging operations and sawmill are located in the Podporozhsky district of the Leningrad region.
