Bergs Timber enters furniture business with new acquisition
Bergs Timber AB acquired all shares in Hedlunda Holding AB. Hedlunda is a state-of-the-art manufacturer of wooden furniture and components with production facilities in Sweden (Lycksele) and Poland (Skoczów). According to a company press release, the acquisition will strengthen Berg's offer in wood processing and also means a broadening of the business towards the furniture sector.
