UK timber agent Gill & Robinson has reached an agreement to buy the business of Rowlinson Timber from the Rowlinson Group. As part of this deal, Gill & Robinson (part of the Kullik Group) will take over Rowlinson Timber’s treatment facility and will continue to supply the Rowlinson customers through the existing operations from the Port of Sheerness, Kent. This also gives Gill & Robinson a strong foot holding in the South to complement its current operation in Goole, East Yorkshire servicing the structural timber manufacturers. Richard Smith, managing director of Rowlinson Timber, and part of ...
