New large wood pellet plant to be built in Russia; production exported to Europe

Russian company LLC Luzales plans a second plant for the production of wood fuel pellets. The plant is being built at a production site in Syktyvkar, Komi Republic, Russia.   The capacity of the plant will be 180 thousand tons of pellets per year. Luzales plans to use its own raw materials for the production of pellets.  The plant will be use technology from Albert Knoblinger GmbH, Vecoplan AG (Germany), Muehlboeck Holztrocknungsanlagen (Austria). Polytechnik will install mini-CHP equipment at Luzales LLC. The CHPP consists of 2 dry saturated steam boilers of 7 MW each, one boiler ...
