In a virtual auction held on Friday, August 21st, 2020, The Austrian binderholz Group, was able to purchase and secure all of the assets of Klausner Lumber One LLC., based in Live Oak, Suwannee County, Florida.  The $ 61 million USD, bid surpassed those of Mercer Inc. and Mayr Melnhof Holz, who were the two other active bidders. The transaction which is expected to close in early October 2020.
