In the Czech Republic, spruce log prices fell by 10 to 17% in the second quarter compared to the previous year.  Spruce logs III, AB, price is less than € 50 / m3 and the price of spruce III, D, is less than € 30 / m3.  According to the Czech Statistics Office (CZSO), the log price for the main tree species, spruce, was € 49.9 / m3 in the 2nd quarter.
