Latvian forestry product exports Jan.-Apr. drop by 10%
In January-April 2020, Latvia exported EUR 853.999 million worth of forestry products, which is a decrease of 10.7 percent against the previous year, according to information released by the Latvian Agriculture Ministry. Timber and timber products made up the bulk or 85.2 percent (87.2 percent a year ago) of total forestry product exports in January-April, accounting for EUR 727.944 million and declining 12.7 percent year-on-year.
