U.S. hardwood products included in the new Chinese tariff exclusions
The USDA Foreign Agricultural Service at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing issued an official translation of the Chinese Tariff Exclusions for U.S. hardwood products announced on February 21st, along with the impacted HS Codes. On February 21, 2020, the State Council Customs Tariff Commission (SCCTC) announced two tariff exclusion lists for certain U.S. products subject to Section 301 retaliatory duties.
