Sweden: Softwood lumber exports drop due to lower deliveries to China and Egypt
During January-September 2018, Sweden has exported about 7.4 million m3 of softwood lumber. This represents a -2% decrease over the same period of 2017. Most of the exports to the world decreased, as compared to 2017. Main export markets for the Swedish softwood lumber were the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, followed by Norway and Denmark.
