New 120,000 t/yr wood pellet plant to be build in France
On 21 June Moret Industries signed a contract worth approximately €50 million to supply a reversible plant for white and black pellets to Européenne de Biomasse. The unit, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tonnes per annum, will be located in Pomacle-Bazancourt, Champagne-Ardenne, France. As well as the pellet plant, the Européenne de Biomasse project also includes a separate 12MWe biomass cogeneration facility, although this is not included in the Moret Industries contract.
