Swedish and Finnish giant forest companies at risk due to climate change

The forest floors below the Arctic circle are starting to melt, as the unusually mild winters are turning once icy grounds into thick layers of mud, which can swallow the 25 tonne vehicles that harvest the woods in the area.  According to the foresters who work the land in Finland and Sweden, the machines that harvest the materials which go into pulp, paper and packaging are in danger of being washed down by the Arctic Ocean waters.  "We will see more and more of these difficult conditions," Uno Brinnen, head of forestry at Sweden's BillerudKorsnas ...
