Binderholz Nordic Oy will close the acquisition of Anaika Wood Group’s assets in Lieksa / Kevätniemi by March 31,2017. The Austrian company agreed to the transaction in February 2017 and bought the entire machine park of Anaika consisting of 2 machine lines, a finger-jointing machine, a band saw, a press brake, a stacking machine and drying chambers. The planing mill has a production capacity of 220,000 m³, and 50,000 m³ of laminated beech in three-shift operation per year.
