Steinhoff International has finally admitted that it is selling its loss-making Austrian furniture retailer Rudolf Leiner, popularly known as Kika/Leiner, and real estate assets to Rene Benko’s Signa Holding.  The proposed value of the transaction was not disclosed by the group.
