Springer Group acquired majority share in FinScan
Austrian Springer Group has acquired the majority share in the Finnish company FinScan. FinScan, located in Espoo near Helsinki, is a specialist for scanners and software for the automatized optimization of sawn timber in sawmills. FinScan has installed more than 400 scanners in over 20 countries worldwide. The company produces scanning systems for sorting, damage detection and moisture measuring.
