Maibec announced that it concluded a transaction with Groupe Lebel of Rivière-du-Loup for their acquisition of the Maibec lumber mills located in St-Pamphile, Quebec and Masardis, ME.  The 315 employees of Maibec that are concerned by this transaction will maintain their employment with Groupe Lebel.
